Life’s BETTER with YOU on our team! 

Pay $17.50-$20.00.  Once our location opens to the public, you will be part of a tip pool.  Our tips have been historically averaging between $4 - $5/hour.

Training will be provided at either our Costa Mesa or Fullerton locations. 

We are looking for people to work at least 28 hours and up to 34+ hours per week.  The higher pay range is for our 34+ hour supervisors. Our shift supervisors could be scheduled days, nights, weekends and holidays.  This position needs a lot of flexibility. If hired you will train at a nearby location!

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience, fast and friendly service, with a community approach to coffee
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation, food items, and products
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
• Partner with General Manager on setting inventory levels, ordering, monitoring waste, cash handling and deposits
• Participate in inventories and place weekly orders
• Run smooth shifts
• Administer breaks for the team and execute daily labor goals
• Utilize all daily checklists and tools
• Champion a safe and harassment free workplace
• Promote all current incentives, campaigns and promotions
• Execute all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with any repair and maintenance needs
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members

• Minimum of 1 year experience in fast paced food service/hospitality preferred
• Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred
• Guest service focused, solution oriented
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
• Must be available to work 28 hours/week including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the week
• Must be able to work a mixture of open, closes and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needs
