We are growing our brand! We seek to add to our team of travelling trainers to help us lead the openings of our new locations on the horizon!

A Travelling Trainer at Better Buzz Coffee is responsible for leading, instructing, coaching all new store team members to ensure exceptional guest experience as we continue to grow and expand into new markets!
This position requires extensive travel. Travelling trainers will support New Stores from two weeks up to 6 weeks during and after café openings. This position will support existing locations if there is not a current new store opening.
Pay for this full time position is $20.00/hour. Better Buzz Coffee will pay for travel expenses while you are deployed at an opening.
