We are currently hiring a Procurement Manager!

The Procurement Manager will perform duties and responsibilities to support the Construction and Development initiatives by managing the procurement of materials and services for growth of new restaurant units, and other initiatives as assigned.  This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can develop/execute purchasing strategies and strives to deliver timely results.  This position will report to our Chief Development Officer.

The pay range is $100,000 - $120,000.

This position is a remote job and our desired candidate lives in market where we do business: Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV,  San Diego, CA, Orange County, CA,  Inland Empire, CA.

10 Days Paid Time Off

• Manages the purchasing of job specific materials - furniture, fixtures & equipment, including but not limited to: Kitchen Equipment, HVAC systems, Electrical/Lighting Package, Millwork, Furniture, Finishes
• Partners with the Pre-Construction Manager & Construction Managers to ensure timely ordering and delivery of job materials/services
• Partners with design firms & architects/consultants to identify opportunities and clarify specifications
• Prepares contractual scope of work exhibits for contracts
• Develops/implements purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality and timely delivery
• Makes recommendations on new vendors/partnerships
• Assists project team in design decisions and development of cost-effective solutions
• Prepares and submits all requests and contract documents for approvals
• Manages and maintains consistent vendor database
• Maintains and develops vendor partner relationships with all suppliers, both direct purchase and GC fulfilled national accounts
• Route, manage and watch over all invoices for payment
• Maintains organized database of all purchasing documents
• Communicates with field teams (Construction Managers and General Contractors) to update material status for each project and assist in maintaining construction schedule
• Interprets material needs from design plans and construction document sets

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to purchasing and supply chain
• Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
• Prior experience working with hospitality, coffee or restaurants
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Must be able to read construction documents and design plan sets
