Pay is $17/hr. + part of a tip pool based on hours worked.

Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business:

• Cashier - Point of Sale 
• Inside & Outside Order Taking 
• Working the Drive-Thru 
• Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
• Back of House - Cooking & Prepping

1. Deliver the Better Buzz experience, fast and friendly service, with a community approach to coffee
2. Bee knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation, food items, and products
3. Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
4. Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks
5. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members
6. Execute our steps of service that include offering our guest great food, and additional options

Requirements:

• Guest service focused; solution oriented
• Valid food health card for the county
• Must be available a minimum of 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers

Preferred Experience:

• 1 years’ experience in fast paced food service and/or hospitality
• Previous fast paced coffee experience
