Better Buzz Coffee in Menifee seeks a SHIFT SUPERVISORS to join our team!

Pay $17.50 + tips that historically average around $5 - $6 dollars extra per hour.

This beautiful cafe serves hot food and all of our team is cross-trained to also work in a kitchen to prepare food.

Our chosen candidate will work 28+ hours/week with open availability.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests.

Duties:

• Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
• Active in inventory and waste management
• Administer breaks
• Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures
• Any other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership

Better Buzz Coffee is a local USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple current locations and growing!

• High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience preferred
• Coffee experience preferred 
• Must be available to work at least 5 days of the week and a minimum of 28 hours
• Must be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the week
• Must be able to work a mixture of open, closes and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needs
