This full-time barista job will pay $20.00/hour + tips that historically average around $5 dollars extra per hour. 

This premium pay is only for those that can commit to a consistent, 34+ hour work week and maintain this consistent schedule.

We serve hot food in this location and our baristas will cross-train to also work in a kitchen preparing food.

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience, fast and friendly service, with a community approach to coffee.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation, food items, and products.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in fast paced food service/hospitality preferred.
• Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred.
• Cooking experience a definite plus.
• Guest service focused, solution oriented, collaborative, and value team work.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest days.
