About Us

At Better Buzz Roasting Headquarters we are in need of a solid warehouse team member.  The perfect person for this position can take direction well and complete tasks with limited supervision.  This person can lift over 50 pounds for the duration of an 8 hour shift that is a Monday-Friday 7AM – 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Pulling and packing orders
  • Receives, unloads and organizes all shipments
  • Packaging coffee, maintaining company standards in efficiency and quality
  • Company vehicles from loading and unloading vehicles
  • Cleaning equipment, work stations, sweep and take out trash
  • Pack and ship online orders 
  • Restocking all products 
  • Weighing out and blending coffee 
  • Assist with all coffee production duties
  • Displays safe and effective use of all shop tools and equipment
  • Effectively handles routine tasks and escalates unusual or high priority items

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
  • Previous Experience in a warehouse facility preferred
  • Ability to handle stress under pressure
  • Ability to provide quality guest service
  • Ability to learn and use technical equipment (coffee roaster, cold brew etc.)
  • Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
