We are looking for passionate SHIFT SUPERVISORS in our Encinitas location!

Pay $16.50 + generous tips that historically average around $5 - $6 dollars extra per hour.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests.

Duties:

• Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
• Active in inventory and waste management
• Administer breaks
• Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures
• Any other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership

Better Buzz Coffee is a local USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple current locations and growing throughout San Diego & Riverside Counties.

• High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience preferred
• Coffee experience preferred
