Better Buzz Coffee seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee our team of Baristas and help us open our new location!

Better Buzz Coffee, a San Diego, CA based company, is so excited to announce our very first out of state location in Phoenix, AZ! We will open our first AZ location on 7th St. at Glendale Ave.  If you love coffee and want to become part of a coffee community, then please apply!

Our Shift supervisors will work at least 30 hours per week. The hourly pay is set @ $17 dollars/hour + tips.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent Better Buzz experience that is in line with the values of the company. The Shift Supervisor provides support to all members of Better Buzz and ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.

Duties:

Responsible for balancing and managing deposits

Active in inventory and waste management

Administer breaks

Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures

Any other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership

• High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience preferred
• Coffee experience preferred
